Travel Grants
Availability
At least two travel grants will be available per quarter, providing financial assistance for families seeking expert care for PDCD. Travel grants are also available for travel related to PDCD research.
Amount
Travel grants will range from $500 to $1000 based on the travel required and the availability of travel grant funds.
How to Apply
Contact us via email to inform us about your upcoming travel for PDCD related care. If you qualify for financial assistance for travel, we will provide additional information regarding the available amount.
What You Will Need to Provide
Receipts will be required to document the amount spent on travel.
Reimbursement
Once your travel is completed, follow up with our team to receive reimbursement for your travel expenses.
